In the words of Fayose's brother: "It is a pity Nigerians are celebrating criminals. I am angry with Nigerians for electing somebody like Ayodele as governor. My children cannot come to Nigeria because of the terrible situation of our country. "I don’t have a relationship with any of our leaders because of their criminality and anybody who says I collected money from the opposition should step forward to challenge me. Jonathan gave Billions of Naira inflated contract to Arthur Eze for Purchase of Refurbished Helicopters According to Sahara Reporters, they just obtained documents relating to a scandalously inflated $500 million defense contract that President Goodluck Jonathan awarded to Arthur Eze, a Nigerian businessman with a shady past, a close friend of the president and his wife, and a major financier of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Our security sources said some officers of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) were furious over the jumbo contract described by one source as “a pure waste.” The sources, most of them military personnel, told our correspondent that, in addition to its sheer extravagance, the contract has also saddled the Nigerian military with helicopters that have limited or no combat utility. The documents reveal that Mr. Eze, the chief executive of Triax, received the gigantic sum of $466.5 million in order to weaponize six Puma helicopters with the ...

Buhari will not spare any corrupt man, PDP or APC – Osibanjo Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Professor Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday in Kaduna said that the presidential candidate of the party, General Mohammadu would draw a line between his relationship with party members and governance when elected president. He spoke against the impressions in certain quarters that some members of APC who share affinity with Buhari were also corrupt. Osinbajo who presided over a town hall meeting between the APC leaders and religious leaders in the north west zone of the country on behalf of his principal in Kaduna state capital also cleared the air on Buhari’s tenure, assuring he will “by the grace of God run two terms in office”. The response essentially followed questions from the members of audience who were a mix of Muslim and Christain clerics on whether Buhari had actually pledged to do just one term should he win. He said: “On the var...

Details of Why GEJ Sacked Gen. Agwai; Plus OBJ Connection The word CHANGE is one that President Goodluck Jonathan doesn't like hearing. And he just confirmed that with his hasty action against a respected retired General, Martin Luther Agwai. Jonathan on Tuesday sacked General Agwai as chairman of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P). And from what Lakeside Information Services gathered from credible sources, his sack is connected to the lecture he delivered last week in Abeokuta during the birthday ceremony of former President Olusegun Obasanjo where he declared that “ change is inevitable ”. Speaking at OBJ's birthday, Agwai noted that change in leadership was inevitable, even as he stressed the need for reforms in the security sector, without which, he said, the country might be doomed. In his words: “In life, you find out that everything needs change; if that is what the community wants, what the people want, you must give i...

So Jonathan lied? Morocco recalls its ambassador from Nigeria This is one embarrassment too many. The ship of Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan has developed another embarrassing new leak after Morocco openly denied his claims and denounced his “unethical practices” as unbecoming, and recalled its ambassador from Nigeria. "HM the King has actually declined the request of the Nigerian government because it is part of the internal electioneering and this country's fundamentally hostile positions with regard to the territorial integrity of the Kingdom," Morocco said in an unusually strong statement. The Moroccan government asserted in the "clearest and strongest terms" that there had “never been a phone conversation" between Jonathan and the Moroccan monarch. It rebuffed Jonathan’s posturing after the Nigerian leader appeared to have tried to obtain political mileage with Muslim voters ahead of this month’s presidential election b...

March 12, 2015 APC Must Never Debate With PDP The thought of APC debating with PDP is appalling to say the least. It is simply wrong and any and every time one has seen the two engage in any type of tirade, we are disappointed in APC for missing its stride and stooping. Why should human being talk to animal? Who is inviting APC to debate? Is it Reuben Abati? The guy who criminally slandered the person of Buhari and after being sued had President Jonathan beg Buhari to settle the libel case out of court? Or is it Doyin Okupe sending the invite, that uncouth hooligan who was shouting deludedly in Aso rock recently. Seriously who is sending the invite? Is it the bunch of criminals or the bunch of murderers? Is it Ayo Fayose or Omisore? Is it Koro or Fani Kayode? Is the invitation coming from a launderer or a thieving rigging looter? And then who is to be debated? Is it any of the members of that rotten stinking carcass as Fani Kayode rightfully categori...
